Capita Housing – maximising choice and delivering innovation

Capita Housing has collaborated with two other software providers to bring increased levels of tenant interaction and efficiency savings to their customers. Partnerships with Keystone and Deeplake will see Capita Housing bring innovative, best of breed software that will complement the Capita Housing solution.

Capita Housing partnered with Deeplake and Keystone due to their innovative products and existing success within the social housing sector. Deeplake’s SMS software has been launched as the Capita Housing branded Communication Manager (CMGR), providing cutting-edge and cost saving methods of communicating with tenants and stakeholders.

Keystone Asset Management Solutions (KAM) was chosen to maximise the choice customers have when deciding upon the most appropriate asset management system for their organisation.

Just how does a greater choice of solutions result in improved effectiveness for the end user?

Capita Housing’s customer base is diverse, with each organisation choosing to implement systems and interact with stakeholders in various manners.

CMGR enables the tenant and organisation to engage in “conversation”. Asking a tenant for their input into a survey or to take part in a community project is much more likely to have a positive response when done through the Communication Manager solution.

An online portal forms a large part of the KAM system enabling a web presence for the organisation, leading to collaborative approach between stakeholders undertaking a project, resulting in greater efficiencies.

Rob Hewes, Client Relationship Director at Keystone, said, “To become Capita Housing’s preferred asset management partner demonstrates their commitment to deliver the very best asset management solutions and services to its clients”.

Paul Webb, Business Development Director at Deeplake commented further,
“We believe this partnership with such a successful and influential systems provider will bring significant benefits to Capita Housing customers in deployment of SMS technology, and also to their tenants in more
convenient and improved services”.
